Research On Socialized Quality Management Of Hospital Logistics Service

As economy develops,the competition among hospitals in China significantly intensifies.To adapt to the current development situation,hospitals must continuously enhance their core competitiveness and improve the medical service quality.Hospital logistics management guarantees the supply chain of the hospital,and efficient logistics management is a prerequisite for the success of various hospital activities such as medical care,preventive medicine,teaching,and scientific research.With the deepening of the medical reform process,socialized logistics services in hospitals have become an effective management model for improving the quality of logistics management.The level of socialized quality management of hospital logistics directly affects the quality of hospital logistics services and the overall competitiveness of the hospital.Therefore,research on socialized quality management of hospital logistics services is of great significance to the development of hospitals.Using relevant theories of management,this study analyzes the socialized quality of socialized logistics services in S Hospital from the perspective of hospital medical staffs to explore the existing problems and possible suggestions during quality management of logistics services.Firstly,based on the quality requirements of socialized logistics service projects in hospitals,this study selects scientific variable indicators,assigns quantitative levels to each indicator,then constructs a structural model and formulates a survey questionnaire for logistics service quality management.Secondly,this study collects questionnaires from medical staffs,and uses Excel and SPSS software to analyze the reliability,validity,and model fit of the data.Using descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,and linear regression analysis,this study investigates the socialized quality management of logistics services in S Hospital to analyze the rationality of the structural model,and explores the relationship among the four independent variables and dependent variables from a regression perspective.Furthermore,predictions are made based on the structural model.Finally,based on the existing problems and experiences from abroad,this study tries to establish a scientific,standardized,and normalized model for socialized quality management of hospital logistics services.
