The Clinical Observation Of Self-made Changyining Mxiture On Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Spleen Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of self-made Changyining mixture in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,then the safety and effectiveness of self-made Changyining mixture in treating this disease can be evaluated objectively.This attempt will help explore the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine in a further way.Method:1.This study uses a randomized and positive-control research method.According to the criteria,110 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea of spleen deficiency and liver stagnation were included,and they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 55 persons each group respectively.2.The treatment group took oral Chinese medicine self-made Changyining mixture,and the control group took oral Clostridium caseate live bacteria capsule combined with Otibromonium tablets,with 4-week treatment course both.TCM symptom scores were evaluated for the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Then the clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the TCM syndrome points before and after treatment.The patients will be followed up after 8 weeks.At the end of the medication,the long-term efficacy of the medication will be evaluated.3.All data analysis in this study uses SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of the pre-treatment conditions of the two groups of patients: After the Z test,there was no statistical significance difference in the general conditions(age and duration)and clinical data(TCM symptom scores and distribution of main symptoms and secondary symptoms)of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The chi-square test showed no statisticsal significance difference in gender distribution between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.TCM symptom efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.38%;the total effective rate of the control group was 72.55%.After rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of total scores of TCM symptoms: After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients were lower than before.After rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients,and the difference was statistically significant after rank sum test(P<0.05).4.Comparison of various symptoms after treatment in two groups of patients:After treatment,the improvement of various symptoms of the two groups of patients were compared.In the improvement of the six main symptoms in “diarrhea”,“abdominal pain”,“emotional fluctuations,” “two flank fullness”,“anorexia”,and “fatigue”,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rates between the two groups: The recurrence rate in thetreatment group was 9.30%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 31.43%.The chi-square test showed a statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,self-made Changyining mixture is superior to the control group in terms of the overall efficacy,improvement of various symptoms,and long-term efficacy of TCM symptoms.The obvious curative effects indicate that the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea type of spleen deficiency and liver stagnation with self-made Changyining mixture is better than that of western medicine alone,which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.2.For the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,self-made Changyining Mixture and Clostridium caseate live bacteria capsule combined with Otibromonium tablets are safe and effective treatment options.
