The Clinical Study Of Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Type) With Jianpi Shugan Granule

Objective: To investigate the clinical feasibility in treating of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency type)with Jianpi Shugan granule.Through contrasting the TCM syndrome score,Bristol stool,irritable bowel syndrome clinical efficacy and severity scores,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Try to explore its mechanism of action from the aspects of theoretical discussion and clinical research these two aspects.Methods: According to the order of diagnosis and therapy time,94 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group had 47 patients.Given health education,diet,life adjustment and general treatment.On the basis of it,the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Shugan granule and he control group was given the treatment of 1 case of oral pain particles,daily 3 times,each time.After 4 weeks of treatment,it were observed that the TCM syndrome score,Bristol stool,irritable bowel syndrome clinical efficacy and severity scores,the total effective rate,the safety index and adverse events before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy: According to the criteria of the comprehensive curative effect,the treatment group 17 cases markedly effective,23 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 88.89%;the control group 2cases were cured,30 cases effective,13 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was71.11%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in ststistics(P <0.05).(2)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: According to the evaluation criteria of TCM syndrome,2 cases in treatment group were cured,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 25 cases,invalid in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group was cured in 0 cases,markedly effectivein 2 cases,effective in 30 cases,invalid in 13 cases,the control group was 71.11%.The two groups were significantly different in statistics(P < 0.05);(3)The comparison of the Bristol scores of the two groups after treatment: Bristol stool scores were lower than those before treatment,there were significant differences in statistics(P < 0.05);but the two groups after treatment stool score compared no significant difference between the two groups after treatment in the form(P > 0.05).(4)The severity score of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS): the severity scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Safety comparison: two groups of cases were included in the safety index abnormal situation.The treatment no adverse reactions were found in the control group,1 cases of improper diet appeared epigastric discomfort.Conclusion: It has significant clinical feasibility for the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency type)by applying with Jianpi Shugan granule.This granules can significantly reduce the patients with TCM syndrome integral,irritable bowel syndrome severity score,Bristol score of patients and improve the stool form,and high safety coefficient.
