Clinical Study On Yunpi Huazhuo Recipe In Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Purpose:Through comparative observation,the therapeutic effects and long-term effects of Yunpi Huazhuo Recipe on IBS-D were evaluated from various aspects such as TCM syndrome manifestation,IBS symptom severity scale,IBS special quality of life scale and so on.According to the characteristics and advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation,it is hoped that it can provide some reference for the clinical treatment of IBS-D.Method:The collected 60 cases of IBS-D patients who went to the Spleen and Stomach Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group and the treatment group were 30 respectively.example.The control group was given Trimebutine maleate tablets orally,and the treatment group was given Yunpi Huazhuo Recipe(Fried Baizhu 15 g,Codonopsis 10 g,Poria 30 g,Amomum villosum 10 g,Angelica 10 g,White Peony 15 g,Jiao Shenqu 10 g,Tangerine Peel 20 g,10g of Fangfeng,15 g of Plantago Seed,10 g of Paojiang,10 g of Licorice)orally in the morning and evening.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of TCM symptom score,IBS symptom severity score,IBS specific quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed and recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The two groups of patients with effective treatment were followed up 4 weeks after the drug was stopped.Record the recurrence and analyze the final result.Result:(1)Evaluation of the overall curative effect of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Evaluation of curative effect of TCM syndrome integral:After treatment,there were significant differences in stool characteristics,stool frequency,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,irritability,two rib fullness,loss of appetite,fatigue,and incomplete feeling of stool knot between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no significant difference in stool character,stool frequency,abdominal pain,two rib fullness,anorexia,incomplete feeling of stool,tongue and pulse between the two groups(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in abdominal distension,irritability and fatigue(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of abdominal distension was very significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of symptom severity scores: There was no significant difference in the severity of illness between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the condition of the two groups of patients was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of quality of life scores: There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the quality of life of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).(5)Long-term efficacy evaluation: After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,26 cases were followed up in the treatment group,3 cases recurred,;19 cases in the control group,7 cases recurred.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 11.54%,and that of the control group was 36.84%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Yunpi Huazhuo Recipe has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of this disease.It has advantages in improving clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,stool frequency,stool characteristics,abdominal distension,irritability,fatigue,loss of appetiteand other clinical symptoms.The quality of life of patients is significantly improved.The long-term curative effect is better than the Trimebutine maleate group.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
