| Objective : In this study,we systematically collected and sorted out the chronic Atrophic gastritis patients in the outpatient department of the tutor,and selected the eligible and effective cases according to the admission and exclusion criteria strictly,to summarize the tacit knowledge in the medical records treated by Professor Li Tingquan,and to explore the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical treatment of chronic Atrophic gastritis by professor Li Tingquan,to master his academic thought comprehensively,and on the basis of this,to complete the relevant research that can reflect his tutor’s thought and his clinical experience,and to provide guidance in the clinical treatment of TCM for this disease,at the same time,it lays a foundation for summing up professor Li Tingquan’s academic thought.Method:1.Through collecting Professor Li Tingquan’s prescriptions for chronic Atrophic gastritis,this paper sums up professor Li Tingquan’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Chronic Atrophic gastritis,and analyzes professor Li Tingquan’s clinical experience in treating chronic Atrophic gastritis.2.According to the inclusion criteria,494 effective medical records of Professor Li Tingquan for outpatient treatment of chronic Atrophic gastritis before February 2020 were screened,with a total of 500 visits,i will get the prescription of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system(V2.0.1)",or TCMISS database.After the completion of the input,the workshop designated a professional member(one person)for data audit,to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the input data.3.By using the function of "Data Analysis" in the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the data of the general situation,symptom,prescription of medical record and tutor’s medication and prescription were processed.Results:1.General Situation Analysis: in 494 cases,the gender distribution difference was not significant,which suggested that there was no significant difference between male and female patients with chronic Atrophic gastritis.According to the frequency distribution,the proportion of the main age groups was 33% in the 50-59 age group,28% in the 60-69 age group,24% in the 40-49 age group,10% in the 30-39 age group and 3% in the 70-79 age group 98%.2.Symptom Analysis: According to frequency analysis,there were 54 symptom elements in 500 visits,13 of which were more than 10,the order of frequency distribution from high to low was: epigastric distention,thirst,poor sleep,bitter mouth,poor appetite,acid regurgitation,epigastric pain,heartburn,belching,constipation,cold stomach,aversion to food,warmth and cold,irritability,nausea,fatigue,hiccups,greasy mouth,noisy stomach,the main symptoms were digestive tract symptoms.3.Analysis of Syndrome types: There were 17 types of syndrome in 500 visits,4 of which were more than 40.The order of frequency distribution was from high to low:disharmony of liver and stomach,deficiency of spleen and stomach,coldness and heat disorder,dampness and stagnation of the spleen and stomach.4.Drug use: According to statistics,165 drugs were found in 500 visits,of which 50 were found more than 20 times,the top 10 are: Pinellia Ternata,San Xian Jiao,Zhishi,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix scutellariae,Ginseng,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Zedoariae,pericarpium Citri reticulatae,dried ginger.In the treatment of this disease,teachers often add Zedoary Turmeric,three-edged medicine to achieve the effect of Qi and blood,in order to prevent cancer often also add Fritillaria,smilax Glabra,Tianlong and other drugs detoxification Sanjie;Patients with chronic Atrophic gastritis often suffer from fullness of stomach,which is usually treated with Pinellia decoction for purging the heart,spleen and stomach,eliminating fullness and fullness;Accompanied by the body tired,poor spirit,weakness and weakness to the four gentleman,six gentleman soup such as the spleen and stomach;the Mouth Sticky Greasy,nausea to calm stomach dry and wet stomach.Conclusion:In the course of clinical treatment of chronic Atrophic gastritis,professor Li Tingquan’s understanding of pathogenesis is mainly based on "disharmony between the liver and the stomach","deficiency of Qi in the spleen and the stomach","miscellaneous cold and heat","dampness and stagnation of the spleen and the stomach",the method of treatment is to disperse the liver and stomach,strengthen the spleen and stomach,regulate cold and heat,dry dampness and stomach,and to relieve or even eliminate the symptoms of the patients when treating the disease through ingenious and flexible use of drugs,for Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease to provide more methods and medication options. |
