Summary Of Experience In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Epigastric Pain Based On Data Mining And Research On Formulating Ideas Of Heweizhitong Granules

Purpose:Using the methods of data mining to the diagnosis of epigastric pain cases for data mining,which summarize nianning Heweizhitong granule prescription pain thinking ideas,clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease syndrome elements and stomach.Material and method:Collect the tutor in the treatment of epigastric pain cases,using frequency analysis,cluster analysis,Aprior I algorithm of association rules data mining methods such as clustering analysis and association rules between the frequency of use of epigastric pain syndrome and common cases of various drugs and drugs.Results:1.Basic cases:Atotal of 678 cases were collected in this study,of which women were more than men,with the majority of those aged from 30 to 60 years old.2.There were 72 symptoms including epigastric pain symptoms,features 33,divided into 5 parts;systemic symptoms 39,grouped into 7 categories.There are 15 types of tongue images,which are classified into 5 categories.The possible diseases are syndrome of stomach,large intestine,liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney.The possible syndromes include qi stagnation,deficiency cold,dampness heat,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis.3.A total of 174 kinds of drugs were counted.The total frequency was 10253 times.The frequency of drugs with frequency greater than 5% was 58,and the drugs that were filled with deficiency drugs,Qi regulating drugs and dampness dampness drugs were mostly.The drugs with frequency greater than 25 times were clustered into 7 categories.The possible diseases were qi stagnation,dampness heat,yin deficiency and blood stasis.Conclusion:1.The supervisor thinks that epigastric pain is mainly composed of four kinds of syndromes,such as qi stagnation,virtual cold,hot and humid,and Yin deficiency.2.Experience in the treatment of different syndromes caused by epigastric pain : liver qi stagnation,to mentor Xiang Su Decoction;liver stagnation and spleen deficiency with four inverse scattered addition and subtraction;spleen deficiency,dampness in Four Gentlemen Decoction,Lizhong pill addition and subtraction;damp heat block in Xiaoxianxiong decoction,stomach yin deficiency with Zengyetang,Yiguanjian Decoction;blood stasis,blood in Danshen Decoction,Radix Linderae Lily decoction.3.It is reasonable and innovative for that component of gastric analgesic granule.
