| Research purposes:This research mainly adopts the tai chi massage treatment of lumbar disc Herniation(short for LDH),and silver needle heat treatment,traditional warm acupuncture treatment,and observe its clinical curative effect,and discuss the mechanism of action of massage therapy LDH,summarizes the tai chi massage therapy technique requirement of the LDH,for clinical treatment LDH provides a train of thought and method.Research methods:This experiment of 90 patients with LDH are from hubei prov ince of TCM massage department/rehabilitation in-patient depart ment/pain in-patient department,all patients met the diagnosti c criteria and inclusion criteria of this trial.In strict acco rdance with the principle of random grouping,90 patients were selected.The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups acco rding to the order of attending the clinic: 30 cases of Tai Chi massage group,30 cases of Silver Needle Thermal Group and 30 c ases of Warm Acupuncture Group.The treatment group mainly used Tai Chi massage,treated once a day,and rested after 6 days of treatment.6 days for a course of treatment,followed by the s econd course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment;s ilver needle thermal group using silver needle thermal therapy,1 treatment per week for a course of treatment,interval 1 wee k after the second course of treatment Treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment;warm acupuncture moxibustion group using warm acupuncture moxibustion treatment,treatment once a day,t reatment for 6 days after rest 1 day,6 days for a course of tr eatment,followed by the treatment of the second course of trea tment,a total of 2 courses of treatment;Before and after trea tment,VAS score scales were used to evaluate the pain level of the patients.The JOA scores of the Japanese Orthopaedics Asso ciation and the overall evaluation of the results(cure,improv e,and heal)were used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients;all data to evaluating the effect of patients in this study ado pts the SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Research result:Before treatment of 3 groups of patients,the first level of pain in patients with 3 groups of VAS score,after statistics analysis,found no statistical differences between 3 groups(P > 0.05),in the treatment of complete after 1 week,1 month and 3 months,respectively,and then to VAS scores and statistics analysis,found that 3 groups of patients of VAS scores were decreased,shows that 3 methods of treatment are to reduce the effect of lumbocrural pain in patients;the second,for 1 week ?1 month and 3 months after treatment in the 3 groups patients VAS score comparison and analysis,the results show that tai chi massage therapy group,silver needle heat conduction between group with significant statistical difference(P < 0.05),found in treatment group 3 months after treatment the recurrence rate is lower than the control 2 group recurrence rate,indicating that the treatment group the tai chi in reducing patient pain with the control group is better than that of silver needle treatment group and traditional warm acupuncture of thermal conductivity,and the recurrence rate is low.Experimental study found that the 3 methods of treatment of LDH patient has certain curative effect,tai chi massage trea tment group,silver needle heat treatment group and traditional warm acupuncture group the treatment group patients after compa rison,found that tai chi massage treatment group after the tre atment in 1 week,1 month,3 months,with significant statistical difference(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference in t he efficacy of the silver needle thermal group and warm acupunc ture group.the resulting,tai chi massage treatment group LDH c urative effect is more significant,the recurrence rate of tai c hi massage group was significantly lower than that another 2 co ntrol group(P<0.05).Analysis conclusionTai chi massage therapy in the process of the LDH can ease the pain of patients,and patients in the treatment process to accept degree is high,side effect is small,the curative effect of tai chi massage LDH treatment analysis shows that both the recent curative effect(1 week and 1 month after treatment),or the long-term curative effect(3 months)after treatment,tai chi massage thermal treatment group were superior to silver needle heat treatment and traditional warn acupuncture treatment,is worth popularizing in clinical,and after treatment for 3 months,tai chi massage group recurrence rate was significantly lower than silver needle heat treatment and traditional warn acupuncture treatment,suggests that tai chi massage treatment group recurrence rate is low,the curative effect is remarkable.It is worth promoting in the clinic. |
