Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Intractable Facial Paralysis With Knife And Crochet

Objective: This subject aims to provide new ideas and effective therapies for the clinical treatment of intractable facial paralysis by observing the effect of knife-crochet acupuncture treatment on intractable facial paralysis.Methods: Clinically,60 patients with intractable facial paralysis were collected according to the inclusion criteria,and were divided into a crochet needle group and a 30-needle group according to the random number table method,namely,the treatment group and the control group.And by comparing the facial nerve function grading score,complication score,and facial disability index(FDI)scale score before and after treatment in the two groups,the clinical efficacy of the knife-crochet needle group and the acupuncture needle group was observed.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0.result:1.Grading of facial nerve function: the scores of the two groups after treatment,the difference between the groups and between the groups are statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that both groups have efficacy in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis,and the treatment group is in The effect of improving facial nerve function is better than the control group.2.The two groups have different degrees of improvement in complications such as joint exercise,facial muscle contract,facial muscle spasm,crocodile tears and other symptoms(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatments are complicated by intractable facial paralysis The disease has a certain curative effect;the score comparison between the two groups is significantly different(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in the treatment of complications.3.There are significant differences between the two groups in the facial disability index(FDI)scale score before and after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that both therapies are effective;the comparison of the scores during and after treatment between the groups is statistically significant(P <0.05).0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the facial disability index.4.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67%and 80.00%,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment and within the group(P <0.05),indicating that the above two therapies have treatment for intractable facial paralysis.A certain effect,and it shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in the overall effect.Conclusion:The knife-crochet acupuncture therapy and acupuncture needle therapy have certain effects on refractory facial paralysis,and have better effects on complications and facial disability index.The knife-crochet acupuncture group is superior to the acupuncture needle group.
