Clinical Research Of The Effects On Caspase-3and Caspase-9in Patients With Cerebral Ischemic Stroke With Tongdu Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective:Supervise the routine acupuncture, drugs, three therapies in the treatment ofischemic stroke by acupuncture (cerebral ischemic stroke, CIS) Caspase-3in peripheral blood of patients with different effects, Caspase-9level and clinical curative effect, to explore the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustionunblocking therapy in the treatment of CIS.Methods:Selected120cases of patients with ischemic stroke, according to the order of visits, were randomly divided into acupuncture Tongdu group (group A),acupuncture group (group B), drug control group (group C), removal of variouscauses depigmentation were due to treatment, finally into the statistical analysisof104cases. On the basis of routine drug treatment of the disease, through the governor group were treated by Acupuncture plus pricking blood therapy,moxibustion, combined with acupuncture, acupoints Fengchi, Hegu Quchi, for,Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, wherein the Dazhui blood letting puncture once every other day, moxibustion at Baihui acupuncture once a day, once a day; routine acupuncture group acupoints Fengchi, Hegu Quchi, for, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, acupuncture once a day; drug control group treated with Tongxinluo capsule,2capsules each time,3times/day. A, B, C three groups were treated for14days.Patients were investigated with Caspase-3, caspase-9, neural function defect,ADL before and after treatment (ADL) detection, the results were analyzed bySPSS18.0statistical software, statistical analysis.Results:(1) A, B, C three groups of indexes for each course of treatment before and after treatment, compared different degree improvement:three treatments have lower Caspase-3, caspase-9activity; improve nervous function defect and the role of ADL. Within group had significant difference (P<0.05or P<0.01).(2) A, B, C three groups of patients before and after treatment were observed in each index between two groups, there was significant difference (P<0.05). A group of each observation index improved significantly, compared with the conventional acupuncture group, drug control group, there are significant or very significant difference (P<0.05or P<0.01).Routine acupuncture group than in the drug group had significant difference (P<0.05) or no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) Three kinds of treatment in patients with ischemic strokeCaspase-3, Caspase-9levels, neurological deficits and daily living ability has different degree of intervention effect.(2) Through the intervention effect of acupuncture therapy on cerebral ischemia and stroke in patients with Caspase-3, the levels of Caspase-9, neurological deficits and daily living ability is obviously better than the ordinary acupuncture group and drug control group, treatment of acupuncture Tongdu method in ischemic stroke may have better advantage.(3) Acupuncture Tongdu method has the advantages of simple operation, definite effect, safe and reliable, economical and practical, for the treatment of ischemic stroke has a good application prospect.
