Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mildeognitive Impairment After Ischemic Stroke By The Acupuncture Method Of “Tiaoshen Tongdu Yizhi”

Objective:Comparing the clinical therapeutic effect of "Tiaoshen Tongdu Yizhi" method with conventional acupuncture therapy,to provide a reference for the treatment of mildeognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 64 patients who met the inclusion standards were collected from the outpatient and ward of Acupuncture Department of Xiamen Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019.The patients were divided into test group and control group by the random number table,32 cases in each group.In the test group,"Tiaoshen Tongdu Yizhi" method was applied;in the control group,conventional acupuncture therapy was applied.The two groups were treated once a day,6 times a week,8 weeks for a course of treatment.The changes of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores were evaluated before and after treatment.All data collected were processed and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.Compared with those before treatment,the MMSE scores of the two groups were improved after the treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the test group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than before(P<0.05).The MoCA score of the test group after treatment were higher than those of the control groupt(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the MMSE scores in the two groups was90.32% in the test group and 73.33% in the control group,while the total effective rate of the MoCA scores in the two groups was 83.87% in the test group,and 66.67% in the control group,and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Tiaoshen Tongdu Yizhi" method and conventional acupuncture therapy can improve the cognitive function of ischemic stroke patiens of mildeognitive impairment.And the acupuncture method of "Tiaoshen Tongdu Yizhi" has more advantages and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
