Purpose:The clinical observation of the xiao ke yin and huang qin to remedy in 30 cases of children with chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia infection(heat syndrome),Observed the curative effect and discussed the pathogenesis.Method:Selected 60 cases of outpatient department of Pediatrics children in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Treatment group:Oral administration of the xiao ke yin and huang qin(Free form);Control group:Oral administration of Jubei Mixture,7 days for a course of treatment,Observed 2 treatment courses.Result:The treatment group of 30 cases,Cured 22 cases,Markedly effective in 4 cases,Effective 1 cases,Invalid 3 cases,The total effective rate was 90.00%,And no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Satisfactory results that the xiao ke yin and huang qin to treated chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia infection(heat syndrome)were obtained,Worthy of clinical promotion.
