Objective: According to the characteristics of children's cough after respiratory tract infection,the clinical curative effect of San-aoWenDan Decoction in treating children's cough with wind evil lurking in the lungs after respiratory tract infection was discussed,in order to seek a more reasonable,effective,less toxic and side effects of the treatment of this disease to improve the quality of children's life.Methods: 64 children aged 2 to 6 years old with cough after respiratory tract infection from the pediatric outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the object of study.The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.SanAoWenDan Decoction was given to the treatment group,and the control group was treated with FeiLiKe mixture.By observing the improvement of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after the treatment,the difference in therapeutic effect between two groups was analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups by Chi-square test and non-parametric rank sum test(P > 0.05).2.Total curative effect analysis: compared with the total efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and that of the control group was 90.00%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,which proved that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Intra-group comparison after treatment: The scores of main symptoms(daytime cough,nighttime cough and the nature of expectoration),secondary symptoms and total scores of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups had an improvement effect on the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of children's cough with wind evil lurking in the lungs after respiratory tract infection.4.Comparison between two groups after treatment: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in improving the main symptoms of daytime cough,nighttime cough and the nature of expectoration(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.After the treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the total score of secondary symptoms and total scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving secondary symptoms and comprehensive symptoms.Conclusion:1.Both San-ao Wendan Decoction and Feilike Mixture can treat the clinical symptoms and signs of children with post-infection cough,wind evil lurking in the lungs type.The scores before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group have obvious differences.2.The therapeutic effect of San-ao Wendan Decoction on children with cough and wind pathogen invading lung after infection is better than that of Feilike Mixture.3.San-ao Wendan Decoction has obvious effect on improving daytime cough,nighttime cough and expectoration symptoms of children with cough after infection.
