Research On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Using data analysis to explore medication rules of the treatment of rheumatism arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine;analyzing of the association rules between the drugs,discussing the meaning around drugs,drug pairs and drug groups.Methods:Collecting the Department of rheumatism in our hospital in January 1st 2015 to December 30,2016 for the diagnosis of patients with rheumatoid arthritis prescriptions were screened according to the inclusion criteria,recording the prescription,Establishing the original data set by Excel;then using SPSS22.0 system cluster analysis;using SPSS Clementine12.0 by Apriori,analyzing the rule of medication and treatment characteristics.Results:Were screened into the effective prescription of 369,with 251 kinds of drugs,drug use frequency of 10351 times,The high frequency of drugs is divided into the following 12 categories:medicine for rheumatism,drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,Tonic drugs,diuretics for eliminating dampness,apophlegmatisant,heat-clearing drug,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,digestant drug,Wet drugs,cathartic drug,drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind,drugs-use frequency is high 5256 which the frequency is 50.78%.in the minimum support degree is greater than 20%,minimum confidence interval is greater than 90%.under the conditions,core drugs is 8 pairs,comprehensive clustering and analysis,the core medicine group is 8 groups.In the statistical analysis,the most obvious core drug is.semen brassicae.Conclusion:Study found treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with medicine for blood-circulation Tonic and so on.There are couplet medicines for white mustard-mulberry and so on.The basic group become white mustard seed,mulberry,Adenophora,coix seed,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma cibotii,Caulis Spatholobi,turmeric.Rheumatoid arthritis syndrome found in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and the study,to phlegm stasis,dispelling dampness Tongluo,tonifying spleen dampness is the basic treatment,attention cited by the drug,and according to the partial wins combined with heat,warming drugs,comprehensive improvement of RA disease...
