| Objective: To observe and study the clinical effect,adverse reactions and recurrence of the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris with external vesicles of traditional Chinese medicine and Ella photodynamic therapy,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: 40 patients with multiple verruca plantaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with external Chinese medicine and Ella photodynamic therapy.The control group was only treated with Ella photodynamic therapy,10 days as a course.Three courses were observed.At the end of the first course,the second course and the third course,each observation index was statistically treated,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,At the same time,the recurrence of the two groups was observed one month after the treatment.Results: The results showed that after three times of treatment,the symptom scores(including the number of warts,the diameter of warts and the degree of conscious pain)of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00% The curative effect of the group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of Chinese medicine external bubble combined with Ella photodynamic therapy for multiple plantar warts is significant,which is better than photodynamic therapy alone,can enhance the antiviral effect,and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients,providing a new way of thinking for clinical treatment of multiple plantar warts. |
