| [The Purpose]: Plantar Wart is a kind of skin disease occurring infoot-plate which is caused by HPV affection. Most patients feel obviouspain especially when walking or doing heavy work. Nowadays, how tocontrol Plantar Wart quickly and efficiently and reduce recurrence rate isa urgent topic in clinical department of dermatology. According to clinicalattachment, the author finds Acupoint-injection therapy matching withtaking Chinese herbal medicine has a good effect in alleviating andcuring Plantar Wart. In the article, the author further explores theoperation and medicine choice, observes the realization of curing object,does some researches on possible function mechanism, and overall offersreliable proof for combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine andwestern medicine.[Materials and method]: All cases is gathered from Department ofDermatology in Hospital attached to Hubei College of TraditionalChinese Medicine during Feb. 2006 to Jan. 2007, including 23 malepatients and 37 female patients, and altogether 60 patients. We divided allcases into two groups in random with 30 patients in each group, therapygroup with thymic peptide acupoint-injection together with curing soup(therapy group called for short),and thymic peptide brawn-injectiontogether with CO2 laser therapy(compare group called for short).Twogroups distinguish between age, sex, state of illness and so on,socomparability is obvious (P＞0.05).The author evaluates the curativeeffect using the different methods and assesses IL-2 level after 3 monthsof FLup.[Observation postulate]: Evaluation standard:①rational symptom ②clinical curative effect. If improving index is 100%, then recovery; ifimproving index≥70%,then effective; if improving index＞30%, thenbetter; if improving index≤30%, then inefficacy.[Observation concept]: Observation time: three months after OPD.Observation guideline:①time from curing pain to alleviating pain withintwo groups②recovery rate and effective rate before and after curing③(?)±s level assessment④interdependency observation on age, courseof disease and curative effect.[Observation result]: The result indicates that:①if P＞0.05,thencomparability occurs; if P＜0.05,then therapy group is prior to thecompare group②Two groups distinguish obviously from each otherbefore and after curing, the curative effect of therapy group is prior to thecompare group remarkably.③The numbers of T cell, Th/Ts proportion,IL-2 level have all improved,that is to say,therapy group is prior to thecompare group④correlation and observation indicate that the curativeeffect are connected with age of patients and course of disease.Theyounger the patient is,the shorter the course of disease is,the better thecurative effect will become.[The result]: Acupoint-injection therapy is a new kind of therapywhich is combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine. It's action principle is injecting the medicine into acupoints forthe sake of calming the liver and suppressing Yang, and softening hardlumps and dispelling nodes. Thymic peptide is a kind of protein hormonewhich can induce absorbent system to transfer into immune T cell toenhance the body defensive power. So the above-mentioned curativeeffect indicates that the curing modus is very effective, safe and convenient to prevent the virus from duplicating and improve the bodydefensive power, and finally curing Plantar Wart. |
