The Clinical Observation Of Fire Needle Therapy Add Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese Medicine Washing For The Multiple Plantar Wart

ObjectiveResearch purpose is to observing and compare the effects and security of treatment group(Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing +Fire needle therapy)and the control group(Liquid nitrogen refrigeration)for Multiple plantar wart,to evaluate the effect of treatment group's clinical feasibility,which offers an effective and safe for the treatment of multiple plantar wart treatment method,and provides new ideas for clinical.MethodsThe 60 subjects were divided into 30 patients and 30 patients in the control group according to the randomized control method.Treatment group adopted Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing add with Fire Needle therapy and the control group treated with Liquid nitrogen refrigeration.The Fire Needle therapy for treatment group was once every two weeks,Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine(The fire needle begins to be washed on the third day,once a day);The control group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy(once every 2 weeks),and the two groups were observed for 8 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the subjects were graded and photographed for the fourth week and the 8th week respectively,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.To deal with and record adverse reactions in time.Results1.Comparision of ordinary materialsBefore treatment,the general information of two groups of subjects werecompared,such as gender,age,duration,lesions distribution,TCM syndromes and pre-treatment lesion score,the results showed that P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,General information is comparable.2.Comparision of lesion scoreAt 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of lesion scores decreased in both groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the fourth week after injury(P> 0.05)Two weeks of treatment have been effective when the two groups no significant difference in efficacy at this time.In the eighth week of treatment,the score of the lesions in the two groups decreased significantly,P < 0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.In the 8th week,the skin lesions of the two groups were compared,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating the difference between the two groups.Before and after treatment,the difference of the difference between the skin lesions and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious.3.Comparison of efficacy.Treatment group: 7 cases(23.3%),6 cases(20.0%),12 cases(40.0%),5cases(16.6%),and the total effective rate was 84.4%.Control group: 3 cases(10.0%),3 cases(10.0%),14 cases(46.7%),10 cases(33.3%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 66.7%.Efficacy compared two groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group(Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing + fire needle therapy group)in the treatment of multiple plantar wart effect is better than that of control group(liquid nitrogen freezing).4.Comparison of recurrence rates.In the treatment group,there were 13 cases(recovery + significant effect),0 cases of recurrence,0% recurrence rate,6 cases in the control group(recovery + effect),2 cases recurrence,and recurrence rate of 33.3%,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The treatment group(Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing+ fire needle therapy group)and control group(liquid nitrogen freezing group)is an effective solution for treatment of multiple plantar wart.2.The treatment group(Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing+ fire needle therapy group)curative effect is better than that of control group(liquid nitrogen freezing).3.The treatment group(Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing+ fire needle therapy group)recurrence rate is lower than the control group(liquid nitrogen freezing group).4.Zinixiaohou Traditional Chinese medicine washing + fire needle therapy is a method of treatment of multiple plantar wart is effective,safe,small side effects,low recurrence rate,worthy of popularization and application.
