Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Photodynamic Therapy Combined With Immunomodulator On Multiple Plantar Warts

Objective:In this study,the effects of photodynamic therapy combined with immunomodulator in the treatment of multiple plantar warts were analyzed and compared with that of Cryotherapy combined with immunomodulator in the treatment of multiple plantar warts.Methods:Observation of 61 cases of multiple plantar wart diagnosed in our outpatient department during 2017.09-2019.08,randomly divided into 2 groups,23 cases in the treatment group,optodynamic combined immune modulator(transfer factor capsule)oral treatment;In the control group,38 patients were treated orally with freezing combined with immunomodulator(transfer factor capsule).SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the age,gender,course of disease,clinical symptoms,skin damage score before plantaris treatment,skin damage score comparison between the two groups after treatment,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of patients in the treatment group and the control group.Results:(1)therapeutic effect of the two groups:cure rate,apparent efficiency,effective rate and non-effective rate of the treatment group were(69.57%,17.39%,13.03%and0%),respectively;cure rate,apparent efficiency,effective rate and non-effective rate of the control group were(23.68%,15.79%,52.63%and 7.89%),respectively.The?~2values were 12.47,0.03,4.85,1.91,and the P values were(27)0.05,(29)0.05,(27)0.05,(29)0.05.The cure rate+apparent efficiency of the treatment group and control group was86.96%,39.47%,?~2=13.21,P(27)0.05,respectively.After comparison,it was found that the cure rate,cure rate+apparent efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(2)recurrence rate:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 20%,while that of the control group was 46.67%.?~2=4.23,P(27)0.05 after comparison between the two groups.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(3)Adverse reactions:both groups had different degrees of adverse reactions,mainly manifested as pain,and the pain value of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.According to the comparison of pain between the two groups at the first treatment,an independent t test was conducted,and t=8.35,P(27)0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Multiple plantar wart is stubborn,difficult to treat,the use of the traditional cold combined with immunomodulator treatment cure rate is low,high recurrence rate,photodynamic combined immunomodulator treatment of multiple plantar wart can significantly improve the cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,is a better treatment of multiple plantar wart method,worth promoting.However,how to relieve the pain of patients is also one of the problems that need to be solved clinically.
