The Clinical Observation Of Moxibustion Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In The Treatment Of Plantar Warts

Research purposes:To observe and evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of plantar warts,to provide experimental data for the selection of clinical interventions,and to explore its mechanism of action,to provide clinical support for further biological cytology research.Research methods:In this study,a total of 48 cases of patients with plantar warts were included and divided into treatment group(moxibustion+ TCM fumigation),control group A(cigarette moxibustion + TCM fumigation)and control group B(TCM fumigation)with the random number table method.There were 16 cases in each group.Before the treatment,after the 4th week and after the 8th week,the Canon EOS 600D camera was used to photograph the skin lesions of the three groups of patients,and the relevant data were obtained.The therapeutic effect of plantar warts was quantified by reference to the criteria.SPSS20.0 software was used for the statistical processing and the evaluation of curative effects.At the same time,the mechanisms of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of plantar warts were analyzed.Research results:?Clinical efficacy:According to the symptom points before and after treatment,the total effective rate of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of control group A was 71.43%,and the total effective rate of control group B was 62.50%.The clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was significant,which was significantly better than the two control groups(P=0.01<0.05).?Recurrence rate:The moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group had no recurrence,the recurrence rate of 0.00%.The recurrence rate was of control group A was 30.00%,while the recurrence rate of control group B was 40.00%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the two control groups(P=0.04<0.05),which indicated that moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation could effectively reduce the recurrence rate of plantar warts.?Adverse reactions:There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Conclusions:Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can treat plantar warts effectively and reduce the recurrence rate.The combined application of the TCM external treatment method provides an effective,safe and non-invasive treatment plan for the treatment of plantar warts,which is worthy of clinical application.
