Clinical Observation Of Li's Needle In Treating Horse Scabies(Damp-heat,Wind And Poison Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of horse scabies(damp heat,wind and toxic syndrome),and analyze the advantages of Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of horse scabies,so as to provide a safe and effective new treatment method for horse scabies.Methods: In order to verify the clinical efficacy and safety of Li's needle in the treatment of scabies and provide clinical basis for the promotion of Li's needle,the author randomly selected 60 cases of scabies patients in the outpatient department and inpatient department of dermatology of our hospital from December 2017 to August 2018,and randomly divided them into two groups: treatment group(30 cases treated by Li's needle pricking combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine Scorpio recipe),observation group(30 cases treated by Shi's fire needle pricking combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine Scorpio recipe).The two groups recorded the skin lesions,skin lesion scores,pruritus scores,skin disease quality of life scores and recorded the changes of clinical manifestations in different time periods.Results:(1)before and after treatment,the Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment was significantly better than Shi's fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment by comparing the severity of skin lesions between the two groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05);(2)before and after treatment,Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than Shi's fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine by comparing the severity of pruritusbetween the two groups.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(3)the quality of life index of the treatment group was significantly better than that of Shi's fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(4)There is no obvious difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,which shows that both the treatment group and the control group are effective,but there is no difference between good and bad.(5)The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients is better in the treatment group than in the control group.(6)there was statistical difference in the comprehensive curative effect scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Shi's fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the severity score of skin lesions,pruritus severity score and quality of life index score of scabies patients,and Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine is superior to Shi's fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine;(2)The total effective rate of Li's needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Shi's fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of scabies had no statistical difference.(3)Lee's needle is safer than fire needle in treating scabies.(4)Li's needle therapy is effective in treating scabies and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
