| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and effect of Zuo Gui Yin on FSH,LH,E2 and AMH in patients with early onset ovarian dysfunction of kidney-yin deficiency.To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and effect of Zuo Gui Yin on FSH,LH,E2 and AMH in patients with early onset ovarian dysfunction of kidney-yin deficiency.Methods:72 outpatient patients of the department of gynaecology in The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University who met the admission criteria were included,and were divided into the intervention group and the control group by random number table into 36 patients,including 1 in the intervention group who withdrew from the study due to pregnancy,1 in the control group who dropped out due to loss of follow-up,and 34 in the intervention group.The control group was treated with simple sex hormone replacement therapy,while the intervention group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription "Zuo Gui Yin".Results:1.The shortest course of disease was half a year,the longest history was more than 10 years,and the rest were mostly about one year.Six were unmarried,and 12 were childless,accounting for 17 percent of the cases.2.The synthetic evaluation of curative effect:the intervention group:cure 0,10 people were markedly effective,21 people effectively,invalid 3 people,total effective rate91.18%,control group:cure 0,4 had marked effect,23 people effectively,invalid 9people,the total effective rate:75.00%,rank and inspection on the curative,effect of two groups of cases,it is concluded that differences statistically significant(P<0.05),The effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant by chi-square test.3.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,scores of kidney-yin deficiency symptomsbefore and after treatment in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).By comparing the difference before and after treatment between the two groups,it was found that except for waist and knee ache,headache,urinary tract infection,sex life and amenorrhea,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Menstrual status(menstrual volume and color quality):After treatment,the menstrual volume and color were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Sex hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2):After treatment,FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between FSH and E2 levels in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between LH levels in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.Anti-muller-in-vitro hormone(AMH):after treatment,AMH levels in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).7.Hamilton anxiety score:all the 72 patients included in the study had varying degrees of anxiety,including 11 patients with severe anxiety.After treatment,the anxiety scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).8.Safety indicators: there were no adverse reactions in this clinical observation,and liver and kidney functions were normal.Four patients complained of slight diarrhea after taking the medicine,and the symptoms disappeared after stopping the medicine by themselves.Conclusion:The application of "zuoguiyin" combined with hormone replacement in the treatment of early onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney-yin deficiency was more obvious in relieving the symptoms of kidney-yin deficiency.It has a prominent advantage and safety in improving hormone levels and improving menstrual volume and color quality,and can relieve anxiety symptoms of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney-yin deficiency to a certain extent.It was verified again that Zuo Gui Yin had reliable efficacy in improving the symptoms of low estrogen in premature ovarian dysfunction,regulating hormone levels and improving menstruation. |
