Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Premature Ovarian Insufficiency By The Combination Of Tiaojing Paste With Femoston

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine TiaoJing Paste combined with western medicine Femoston,in the treatment of this disease was evaluated objectively,and the possible mechanism of self-designed TiaoJing Paste in the treatment of this disease was discussed,so as to provide more basis and choice for the treatment of this disease.Methods: 50 patients with kidney deficiency syndrome Premature Ovarian Insufficiency meet the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 25 cases,western medicine Femoston was used alone as the control group,on the basis of western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine TiaoJing Paste as the treatment group,two group of all three treatment cycles.Clinical symptoms,menstrual status and serum sex hormone levels of Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),Estradiol(E2)were recorded and statistically analyzed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.Serum sex hormone level: the two groups were compared within the group,FSH level and LH level in the two groups decreased compared with before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment was better than before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in E2 level(P>0.05),there was little change before and after treatment.Comparing the two groups,the level of FSH in the treatment group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.The levels of LH and E2 in the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.TCM symptom score:the two groups were compared within the group,there were differences in scores after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The comparison between the two groups showed that therewas no statistically significant difference in menstrual cycle and menstrual volume between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in other symptoms(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Comprehensive efficacy: there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: TiaoJing Paste combined with Femston in the treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome Premature Ovarian Insufficiency can improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels,to some extent delay the process of ovarian hypofunction in patients with POI and it can provide ideas and choices for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
