Clinical Study Of Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Dampness-heat Phlegm-blocking Gout

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of damp-heat bi-block gout patients.Methods: The patients who were treated in the outpatient department and inpatient department of Urumqi Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected.These patients were diagnosed with gout by Western medicine and the syndrome of dampness and heat was blocked by traditional Chinese medicine.A total of 60 patients were included in this study as clinical efficacy Observe the object.The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,30 in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given oral benbromarone tablets 50 mg orally once a day,plus Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction 200 ml orally,twice a day;the patients in the control group were given oral benbromarone 50 mg orally once a day.The course of treatment for the entire study is 8 weeks.The researchers recorded TCM syndrome scores and relapse rate within 8 weeks of treatment before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,and observed and recorded secondary indicators such as blood uric acid(UA)and blood C-reactive protein(CRP).The researchers conducted statistical analysis and evaluated the clinical efficacy of Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction.Results: 1.The baseline data,TCM syndrome scores,blood uric acid,C-reactive protein and other data of the two groups of observation objects before treatment were not statistically different(P > 0.05).After 8weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were both lower than before the test,but the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups in terms of joint pain,joint tenderness,and joint swelling(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,there wasno statistically significant difference in the improvement of joint mobility(P> 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups of observation subjects within 8 weeks of treatment(P> 0.05).In terms of UA reduction,there was no statistical difference between the groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P> 0.05);in terms of CRP reduction,the decrease in the treatment group after treatment was more obvious than that in the control group(P <0.05).Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of ALT,AST,UN,SCR and other safety indicators.There was no significant difference(P> 0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions were found during treatment.Conclusion: Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction has a certain effect on improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with damp-heat bi-resistant gout,such as joint pain,joint tenderness and joint swelling.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of observation objects indicate that Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction is superior to the control group in reducing C-reactive protein.Xuanbi Huoxue Decoction has good curative effect on damp-heat bi-blocking gout with few adverse reactions.
