| Objective: Observe clinical curative effect of XuanBi Soup to the acute gout arthritis disease.Methods: As the breakthrough point in the influence of XuanBi Soup of Traditional Chinese Medicine on acute gout Arthritis disease curative effect, with these indexes of the index of the patient swelling and aching, blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate etc. as the emphases: dividing40 cases of gout patient into two groups at random (20 cases of XuanBi Soup and 20 cases of indomethacin)Results: 1. The total effective rate is 90.00% in the XuanBi Soup group which is superior to the effect of indomethacin. 2.The XuanBi Soup can alleviate the reddness and swollen pain of the acute gout arthritis, with the same function of subsiding pain and turgescence as the indomethacin.3.The XuanBi Soup can reduce the blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate effectively.4.The XuanBi Soup has little bad effect on the body .Conclusion: Clinical study verify that the XuanBi Soup has the function to subside pain and turgescence, decrease the blood uric acid, it can be widely used in clinic to treat gout. |
