Gout Lee Ling Capsules Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis Hot And Humid Resistance Network Card ¢ò Clinical Study

The objective of this randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled trial is to observe clinical effects of tongfengliling (TFLL) on acute arthritis of primary gout with the type of Damp-heat stagnates and it's safety.120 patients were randomly divided into lower dose therapeutic group (2/2), high dose therapeutic group (4) and placebo-control group (4). After 5days'treatment,technique points of clinical assessments of pain, analgesic effect, joints function of TFLL are more effective than placebo, either patients or doctors assessed and evaluated. But it seems no difference about the rate of pain and joints functionally disabled expelled between TFLL and placebo group.Otherway,TFLL's beneficial effects are corresponding increased in the likelihood of dose.The above results show that TFLL is an analgesic effective and safe medicine for acute arthritis of primary gout with the type of Damp-heat stagnates without adverse. It still needs more evidence and trials.
