Observation Of Curative Effect Of Rhubarb Thenardite Compound And Single-flavor Thenardite External Application On Hemorrhoids

Ojective: In this study,we compared the efficacy of rhubarb and thenardite 1: 3compound control single-flavor thenardite external application in the treatment of hemorrhoids after hemorrhoids through clinical observation.Post-edema provides some clinical treatment ideas and basis.Methods: A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids with postoperative edema admitted to the First Department of Anorectal from the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,30 in group A There are 30 people in group B,group A uses rhubarb mirabilite ratio 1: 3,group B uses mirabilite external topical dressing,and the edema scores on the first day(before medication),on the third day,and on the fifth day of the two groups are counted.The curative effect score was calculated before and after,and the edema remission and the curative effect comparison between the two groups were observed and compared.The results were analyzed with SPSS23.0.Results: The edema scores at different measurement times were statistically different,F = 91.549,p <0.001,indicating that rhubarb mirabilite 1: 3 ratio control group mirabilite topical topical treatment was relieved in both groups.Analysis between groups A and B showed that F = 0.020 and p = 0.889,that is,there was no significant difference in the effects of treatment factors on edema scores between the two groups.The curative effect evaluation of the two groups A and B,p = 0.559 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups of mirabilite topical 1: 3 control.Conclusion: Rhubarb and Glauber's salt 1: 3 combined with Glauber's salt alone can relieve postoperative hemorrhoidal edema,but there is no significant difference between the two groups.
