Objective: through this study,to find a good effect, small side effects and convenient for clinical application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,to better improve the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:In accordance with the principle of randomized controlled trials, the choice of the mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital 60 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture applied + mixed hemorrhoid postoperative routine treatment group of 30 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery to look at the conventional treatment group 30 cases, the reatment group to our hospital preparations black ointment(radix aconiti, kusnezoff onkshood root, rhizoma arisaematis, tougucao, musk, borneol, twotooth achyranthes root, radix dipsaci, rhizoma drynariae, turmeric, asarum, radish seed, angelica dahurica, awthorn, white mustard),a0.5 cm x0.5 cm size of the holes of the paste, applied in long,e.Shu,bl 57,hole,white hole, take off after 4 hours,1 times a day,The control group was given routine treatment(dressing change). The patients were observed and asked about their basic conditions and skin conditions of the acupoint application site.VAS score was used to record the pain of the two groups, and SPSS23.0 software was used to calculate and evaluate the effect of point application on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Results: a total of 60 patients were included in this study,30 in each group. The collected pain scores were statistically analyzed,W=0.365 p=0.000,which did not conform to the spherical test. There was interaction between the test time and the group,f=7.648,p=0.000,indicating that the test time changed with the change of the group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups,f=23.569,p=0.000,indicating that there was a significant difference in the influence of treatment factors on pain score between the two groups. After chi-square test, the efficacy of the two groups of patients was P <0.05,the total effective rate of pain relief in the treatment group was 93.33%,the basicrate of relief was 50%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%,indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The length of stay of patients in the two groups was tested by t test,p > 0.05,indicating no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: through this study, the pain relief effect of mixed hemorrhoids patients in the treatment group was better than that of the control group, suggesting that acupoint application therapy can improve the pain symptoms of mixed hemorrhoids patients after surgery safely and conveniently.
