Research On The Model Of Medical Care Combined With Old-age Care In Cangnan County,Zhe Jiang Province

At present,China has officially entered an ageing society,and the “silver wave” is bringing widespread and far-reaching influence to society.The elderly have a growing demand for aged care services and health care.The current situation of the lack of convergence between China's old-age care services and medical and health services has been unable to meet the needs of the elderly.Therefore,the combination of medical care and pension in the old-age model has emerged from time to time.The combination of medical and health is a healthy and optimized old-age model for the aging of the population and the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of the elderly.It is a social welfare project.Through the literature analysis method,this paper draws on the experience of combining medical and nursing at home and abroad,sums up the necessity of the combination of medical and nursing,and the problems and countermeasures of the combination of medical and nursing at the present stage.Through the statistical analysis and research methods,the four major medical institutions in Cangnan County,the establishment of rehabilitation departments for township hospitals,nursing homes,private pension institutions,the construction of beds,the number of doctors and nurses to conduct on-the-spot investigations and statistics;interviews with seniors admitted to medical institutions through interviews,and record their appeals and Feel.Through the above methods,we finally explore the necessity,existing problems,analysis reasons and solutions of the combination of medical and nursing in Cangnan County.This article consists of five chapters.The first chapter is to review the status quo of medical integration at home and abroad through literature review,and to determine research ideas and research methods.The second chapter combines the relevant theoretical basis and concept definition.The third chapter investigates the current situation of the combination of medical and nursing in Cangnan County,investigates the population,status and needs of the elderly in Cangnan,and finds out the problems existing in the combination of medical and nursing,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter learns the experience of the combined development model of medical and health education that has already been run in China and abroad,and draws on relevant successful experiences.The fifth chapter puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the status quo of the combination of medical and nursing in Cangnan County.
