Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Pension Institutions For Combination Medical Care And Elderly Care In Changchun City

Today,the aging of population,as a social problem,has brought about a series of social,political and economic effects.As China's population is aging faster,the consequential challenge for old-age care is also aggravating.Looking back other countries in the world,their experience in integrating more perfect medical services and elderly care institutions has become a source of inspiration for China's old-age service system combining medical care and elderly care and raised an urgent demand for promoting a series of old-age services combining medical services.The combination of medical and elderly care services is an irresistible trend of China's future development and an inevitable choice for China's characteristic old-age care undertakings.Such combination has also raised a realistic requirement for further improving and adjusting the social security policies.Under the strategic background of developing a healthy China,the combination of medical and elderly care has brought about more opportunities for old-age care institutions with the surge in elderly's demand for medical resources.Therefore,there is a need to extend and expand the elderly care functions of old-age care institutions and strengthen the building of the pension system combining medical and elderly care institutions so as to realize the target of providing quality health care services to the aged.There is also a need to make full use of the platform of combining medical and elderly care to realize the integration of medical care resources and elderly care resources and promote a rapid development of the old-age care service industry in China.Surveys showcase many problems faced in developing the medical and elderly care combined within the pension institutions in Changchun,such as a large supply-demand gap,low-end service contents,differentiated subject development,poor resource integration and less prominent regional characteristics,which have impeded a faster and better combination of medical care and elderly care.In this paper,literature research,survey and interview are applied for an in-depth survey and analytic demonstration of the status quo of institutional old-age care services combining medical care services by centering on the actual situation of Changchun pension institutions.Based on the successful cases at home and abroad,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons and puts forward the solutions and countermeasures.This paper focuses on helping improve relevant systems and provide certain practical guidance in establishing policy reserves and a supporting mechanism for the rapidly aging population,establishing industry standards,strengthening the integration of medical and elderly care resources and digging deep into the characteristics of local medical and elderly care combined related system.On the basis of summarizing and refining the medical and elderly care combined mode,this research seeks to explore the medical and elderly care combined services appropriate for local characteristics and the way to develop institutional senior care services in the city to meet the dual needs of the senior population for medical and elderly care services.At last,this paper has an outlook on the development of institutional senior care combining medical care services.This paper also aims to study how to speed up the establishment of “medical and elderly care combined” services adapted to the level of social and economic development and how to realize a sustainable development of senior care institutions providing both medical and elderly care demands.
