ObjectivesCombined with today's society the old for pension services under the background of the real demand and raise combination of the particularity of pension mode,mature experience in understanding old-age nursing staff training at home and abroad as well as to the jiangsu province endowment nurse training status quo,on the basis of actual survey,in the development of pension in China endowment nurse training in the field of nursing and the problems and difficulties,to construct a conforms to China's national conditions,a more scientific,the path of the endowment nurse training system,professional to provide theoretical foundation and practice experience,thus to promote the country to the old-age care service industry standardization construction,make endowment nurse training institutions work standardization,further improve the quality of our country endowment nurse training so as to improve our country's endowment of the whole quality of the nursing staff to play a positive role.MethodsUsing the methods of literature analysis understanding domestic area on the condition of old-age nursing personnel training research progress and results,combined with the actual situation in our country come to the conclusion that can learn from the successful experience of,A total of 576 elderly nursing staff were sampled from 48 nursing institutions in jiangsu province by stratified random sampling.552 valid questionnaires were collected,and the recovery rate was 95.8%.The collected data were recorded in EXCEL form,and statistical software spss22.0 was used for the necessary statistical analysis.At random,85 elderly people in 12 nursing institutions were selected to conduct interviews to understand the real needs of elderly nursing care.In this paper,the training status of the elderly service personnel and the real needs of the elderly for training services are compared and analyzed,and the problems and reasons for the training of the nursing staff are found.ResultsThrough literature review at home and abroad for old-age care,and pension nurse training related research status as well as in the field of developed countries and regions in thee field of pension nurse training more mature experience,and learn about the old-age care training industry in China started late,lack of policy support and perfect training system,and many other problems.Through the questionnaire and in-depth interviews of materials for research,found in jiangsu province endowment ChiZhengLv low exist in the nurse training,training efficiency is not high,the phenomenon such as training system is not perfect,also found that the emphasis of the demand for nursing care in the elderly is slow disease diagnosis and treatment,health monitoring,dietary nutrition,etc.,there are differences in both.ConclusionAccording to the result of empirical study,respectively from the government,society and individual level summarized out my pension nurse training field in China are faced with the problem and obstacle,and around the training purpose,from the perfect training system,optimizing the training mechanism,accelerate the form of training system and so on has carried on the endowment of nursing personnel training path research to explore.
