| Objective Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastoitis of stomach yin deficiency type,and try to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and clarify the efficacy and mechanism of Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction.It can provide practical theoretical and clinical basis to further optimize the treatment scheme of chronic atrophic gastritis with Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction,and lay the foundation for the further development of new Chinese medicine.Methods In establishing the strict diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and efficacy of assessment criteria,based on a random,balanced against the principle of 96 patients qualified as subjects,48 cases were divided into the experimental group given Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction;48cases were divided into the control group treated with weifuchun tablets.Above two groups of patients' symptoms,signs,gastroscopic examinations and histopathological examinations were observed before and after treating between the two groups of patients.A course of treatment sustains twenty-four weeks with a observation of one course and a total of 3 months.Results 1.In this study,96 cases of chronic atrophic gastoitis of stomach yin deficiency type were included in this study.There were 84 cases being completed,40 cases in control group,44 cases in treatment group,12 cases in loss(the loss rate was 12.5%).2.TCM syndrome cxurative effect:(l)Clinical symptom integral evaluation:after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms of each Chinese medicine in both groups had statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that both groups were effective in improving clinical symptoms.(2)Symptom effect evaluation:after treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were alleviated to some extent,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.42%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.23%.The results showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of them treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.3.The curative effect of gastroscope:after treatment,the mucous membrane of the two groups were improved to some extent,the total effective rate of the control group was 64.28%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.09%.The results showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Pathological effect:(1)Pathological score evaluation:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the pathological scores of the intrinsic glandular atrophy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.(2)Pathological effect evaluation:the total effective rates of the control group in gastric mucosal atrophy was respectively:66.66%respectively.The treatment group was 90.47%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The method of Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction is effective in treating the chronic atrophic patients with yin deficiency and collatemls stasis,which can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the degree of gastric mucosa atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,so as to block the development of tfie disease,improve the life quality of patients,and inlhe course of treatment,no obvious side effects were found. |
