Clinical Observation Of Tongyou Decoction In Treating Chrnoic Atrophic Gastritis With Deficiency Of Stomach Yin

Objective:Tongyou decoction was used to treat chronic atrophic gastritis(deficiency of stomach Yin),and its clinical efficacy was explored.Methods:This topic choose western medicine diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for stomach Yin deficiency syndrome,included in the standard of 70 cases of patients,randomly divided the patients into treatment group and the control group(n=35).Both groups were treated on the basis of general treatment,the control group was given yin-deficiency weitong granules orally,and the treatment group was given tongyou decoction orally,the course of treatment was 24 weeks The changes of TCM symptom scores,gastroscope and histopathology before and after treatment were recorded,and the differences before and after treatment were comparedResults:1.After receiving corresponding treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was 8 8.57%,which was significantly better than 71.34%in the control group(P<0.05).In general,the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.In addition,the improvement of symptoms of epigastric distension,epigastric burning pain,dry mouth and bitter mouth,little sodium intake,nausea and vomiting,and dry stool in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.In both groups,the histopathological level after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvement of chronic inflammation,atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Tongyou decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscope and histopathological status of patients with gastro Yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis.2.The clinical effect is better than that of yin-deficiency weitong granules in the control group.
