| Objectives To observe the efficacy and safety of Qiguishaoxian Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach and cold type.To formulate reasonable and effective TCM treatment scheme for chronic atrophic gastritis,and to carry out clinical efficacy and analysis,thereby improving the level of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Cases were collected from 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy and pathological histology in the Department of spleen and stomach of J Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who were in accordance with the syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold.They were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was given Qigui Shaoxiantang orally,one dose a day,warm in the morning and evening;the control group was given Wenweishu capsule orally,three capsules a time,twice a day.The two groups treated for 3 months.The clinical symptoms and gastroscopic pathological effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:1 Clinical syndrome curative effect analysis:the total effective rate of improvement of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 96.67%,and that in the control group 60.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);it showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group 2 in clinical symptom integral analysis:clinical symptoms analysis had statistical significance;among them,epigastric cold pain and epigastric distension were significant.There wereConclusion:Qigui Shaoxian Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and gastroscopic pathological manifestations of chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syndrome.From the preliminary study,Qigui Shaoxian Decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and has no adverse reactions.It is safe and effective.It is worthy of further study and promotion. |
