| Objective:This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy on Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction in treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,and try to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and clarify the efficacy and mechanism of Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction.Methods:In establishing the strict diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and efficacy of assessment criteria,based on a random,balanced against the principle of 60 patients qualified as subjects,30 cases were divided into the experimental group given Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction;30 cases were dived into the control group treated with Wei Fu Chun tablets.The patients,symptoms,signs,gastroscopic examinations and histopathological examinations were observed before and after treating between the two groups.A course of treatment sustains 12 weeks.Results:Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms.After some kind of examinations,the total effective rate of the experiment group was 86.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 50%.The two groups were different(P<0.05).The two groups during treatment were not found obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yang Yin Yi Wei Decoction for chronic atrophic gastritis which is Wei Yin deficiency type has a good therapeutic effect. |
