Clinical Study About The Efficacy Of Yiguanxiaoyao Decoction To Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Stomach Yin Deficiency)

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of yiguanxiaoyao Decoction on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach yin deficiency)through the clinical study of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach yin deficiency),and to treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach yin deficiency)for syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine provide new method and references.Methods: This study randomized patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach yin deficiency)who met the inclusion criteria into 41 patients in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine yiguanxiaoyao Decoction(Chinese medicine was from the first affiliated hospital of Yunnan university of Traditional Chinese Medicine,unified by Chinese pharmacy,150ml/time,3times/day),And the control group was given oral Yangweishu Capsule(1.2g/time,2times/day),The patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks.And there were reviewed once a week.After 4 weeks of treatment,the general conditions and clinical symptoms of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results: There were no significant differences in age,gender,duration of disease distribution,TCM syndrome total score,individual TCM symptom scores,and anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).1.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were90% and 72.5%,respectively,By comparative analysis,p<0.05 was obtained,andthe difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.Comparison and analysis of individual symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving the stomach pain,thirst,and dry stool(p<0.01),and it was excellent in relieving the symptoms of stomach nodules.there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of alleviating hunger and anepithymia,and five frustrating heat symptoms(p>0.05),and no obvious side effects were found.3.The treatment group had significant efficacy in relieving anxiety and depressive symptoms(p<0.01),and was superior to the control group(p<0.01).4.There was no significant abnormality in the urine routine,stool routine,occult blood and electrocardiogram during the treatment period.There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood routine,liver function and renal function group(p>0.05).Conclusion: Yiguanxiaoyao Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach yin deficiency).In the improvement of TCM syndromes and anxiety and depression,there was a difference between the control group and the control group.The treatment group had better curative effect;it was superior to the control group in relieving the symptoms of stomach pain,stomach nodules,thirst and dry stool.And its safety is good,can be used as a reference for the clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach yin deficiency).
