Observation On The Clinical Effect Offractional CO2 Laser Combined With SVF-gel In The Treatment Of Acne Scars

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fractional CO2 laser combined with SVF-gel in the treatment of depressed acne scar,to explore a new method for the treatment of depressed acne scar.Method:To analyze the clinical data of 9 cases of depressed acne scar patients who went to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from September 2016 to January 2019 for plastic surgery and laser cosmetology department to undergo Fractional CO2 laser combined SVF-gel therapy.Among them,there were 4 male patients and 5 female patients,aged between 22 and 37,with a total of 29 scars.First,the face of patients with depressed acne scars was treated with Fractional CO2 laser with a wavelength of 10600 nm:According to the degree of depression,texture,size,etc.,the scar is treated with “MTF”mode?“Deep” mode and “Active” mode.The patient's photograph was taken before each treatment,and the patient satisfaction survey was conducted one months after the two laser treatments.SVF-gel treatment was performed for patients with less than 50% scar improvement 3 months after two laser treatments,and SVF-gel treatment was signed.Injecting and filling the treatment after the consent form.Svf-gel was revisited three months after treatment and treated with fractional CO2 laser therapy.Photos of the patients were collected three months after the last treatment,and an experienced physician who was not involved in this experiment was invited to perform ECCA scoring.In addition,after each treatment,follow-up records of adverse reactions and lost time were recorded,Patient satisfaction was assessed after the last treatment.Result:This experiment was used to include 9 patients with depressed acne scars treated with Fractional CO2 laser combined with SVF-gel.After combined treatment,the degree,size and texture of the scar were significantly improved.The preoperative score of ECCA weight score was(48.79±15.62),and the postoperative score was decreased to(20.00±6.55),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.After the last fractional CO2 laser treatment,a satisfaction survey was conducted on the patients.All the patients reported that the scar had been improved after treatment,and the overall satisfaction rate was 77.78%.During the postoperative follow-up,there were no erythema,dyspigmentation,infection or other adverse reactions.Conclunsion:The effect of Fractional CO2 laser combined with SVF-gel on the treatment of depressed scar caused by acne was affirmed.The deformity,color and texture of the concave contour of the scar were improved before and after treatment.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the follow-up period.
