With the daily progress of the society and the continuous improvement of living conditions,people pay more and more attention to health and safety.The occupational diseases or accidents caused by human factors have received extensive attention.As a typical group of manual task execution,rehabilitation nurses often to complete the nursing work by their own physical strength for the special working environment and objects,which makes the risk of occupational disease is always high.In this study,a second-class hospital in Qinhuangdao was used as a case hospital to research the problem of the work of nurses in the rehabilitation department.We collected the original data by interviews,data collection and on-site observation etc.,and we use the static and dynamic simulation models in JACK simulation software to analyze the human factors of nurses,and propose some corresponding improvement plans.Firstly,based on the comprehensive analysis of the research background,this paper grasps the current development and research status of human factors engineering through literature research,according to these researches,we could determine the research content and effective research methods of this paper.This will lay the foundation for nurses to explore and optimize the problems.Secondly,the research takes the human factors of nurses working in rehabilitation department as the carrier,takes the nurses working in rehabilitation department of Qinhuangdao First Hospital as the object,combs the work contents of nurses working in rehabilitation department,obtains the original data of nurses' workload through on-the-spot investigation,interview,action observation and data collection,and extracts the parameters that can reflect the human factors,and then preliminarily carries on the preliminary research to the doctor.Qualitative evaluation and analysis were carried out on the status quo of human factors of nurses in the rehabilitation department of our hospital.The main sources of unreasonable human factors problems in the work of nurses were identified as carrying tasks,turning over tasks and rehabilitation nursing tasks.Finally,according to the dynamic simulation model,aiming at the three kinds of tasks of nurses lifting,turning over and rehabilitation nursing,using NIOSH,RULA,MEE,LBA,SSP and other analysis tools embedded in JACK software,the human factors of nurses' physical condition in three kinds of tasks were analyzed,and the specific quantitative evaluation conclusion was obtained.As a result,the improvement points in the task process are determined and the corresponding optimization schemes are put forward.In order to determine the feasibility and rationality of the optimization scheme,the study used NIOSH and other analytical tools to quantify the improved actions.The results before and after the improvement showed that the human factors problems in the work of nurses were effectively alleviated or solved.
