Investigation And Analysis Of Clinical Psychological Nursing Of Medical And Surgical Department Nurses In The General Hospital

Objective From this two aspects:the nurse developing present condition of the psychological nursing and psychological nursing of inpatients feel,to understand present condition of the psychological nursing in the general hospital above two, analysis various factors of the influence of psychological nursing care in nurses, providing the reference for nurse to promote the clinical psychological nursing.Methods Stratified, random, cluster sampling method was used in this descriptive study.Selecting seven third level hospital and seven second level hospital in Qingdao city, about700nurses;700patients,at the same depatments with the nurses who were investigated by clinical psychological nursing questionnaire(patient used). The data were statistically analyzed by using spss17.0.Result一、The condition of psychological nursing by nurses:1.the consciousness of psychological nursing was4.28±0.44,knowledge of nurses in psychological nursing scored0.78±0.18,general psychological nursing was4.72±0.31,professional psychological nursing was3.44±0.68.2.different gender, age, department, hospital grade, title, age, employment forms of nurses, the situation of nurses system learning psychological nursing, after work the situation of nurses received psychological nursing knowledge training, the degree of unit stress psychological nursing at work, the difference values between nurses and patients,and the value of psychological nursing care will affect the present condition of the psychological nursing.3.through stepwise multiple regression analysis of whether unit work emphasizing the psychological nursing, nurses in school whether system learning psychological nursing, depatment、age of nurses and whether received psychological nursing knowledge training after work is a major factor in the psychological nursing status.二、The condition of psychological nursing by patients:1.the general psychological nursing of patient felling was3.56±0.52, professional psychological nursing was2.73±0.44.2.different department, hospital grade, age, family seat of the patients felling was susceptibility differences in psychological nursing.三、The mean score of nurses develop psychological nursing and patients feel psychological nursing was difference.Conclusion1.The systemic and comprehensive knowledge of psychological nursing of nurses should be improved, nurses consciousness and general psychological nursing implementation is good, professional psychological nursing implementation needs to be strengthened. Nurses should pay attention to communicate with patients, pay attention to psychological nursing measures, so as to better carry out psychological nursing that patients can felling.2. Unit whether emphasizing the psychological nursing in work, nurses in school whether system learning psychological nursing, the department、age of nurses, and whether received psychological nursing knowledge training after work is the main factor of psychological nursing. Therefore the school, hospital should strengthen the psychological nursing knowledge and skills training of nurses.
