The application of industrial engineering methods in the manufacturing industry has improved the workers' working mode, working environment and site management level, maximized the functions of various factors on the site, enhanced the economic benefits of enterprises, and promoted the rapid development of the manufacturing industry.Nowadays, industrial engineering methods are not only widely used in the manufacturing industry, but also gradually popularized in service industry, logistics industry, agriculture and other aspects. As an important part of industrial engineering, human factor engineering plays an important role in alleviating workers' working fatigue and preventing occupational diseases.Work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)are common health problems in the occupational population, and has higher prevalence rate.WMSDS can severely harm workers' health.Due to the characteristics of high labor intensity, heavy work load, poor working environment, and lack of benchmark in working posture, agricultural workers are more likely to suffer from musculoskeletal diseases. Therefore,It is necessary to apply ergonomics principle to analyse body posture of agricultural operators, and to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal diseases among workers. In this study, the artificial harvest of Chinese wolfberry was taken as the research object to explore the influencing factors of musculoskeletal disorders in the harvest of wolfberry. The field scene of artificial wolfberry picking motion images was acquired camera.Jack software for human factor engineering analysis was used to establish human body model of wolfberry picking, and to simulate the action of wolfberry picking attitude change, and load, analysis work force of the various parts of the body,so as to identify the key points, and to compare with the safety standards. In the simulation analysis, the model wolfberry harvesting scene was generated with 3D MAX and imported into Jack to integrate with the human model,so as to complete the human factor engineering simulation analysis related to the wolfberry harvesting.According to the analysis data of artificial wolfberry harvest, the stress, comfort and fatigue recovery of the artificial wolfberry harvesting under different postures were compared, and suggestions for improvement and standard operation methods were put forward.Toprovide evidence for assessing the risk of musculoskeletal disorders associated with manual picking of wolfberry. In this study, through the simulation of manual picking posture of wolfberry, the result shows standing posture is the best working posture for workers to avoid the risk of musculoskeletal diseases, followed by sitting posture has little impact on the human body, and bending down and squating down work is most harmful to the human body's.We suggest that both bending and squatting posture should be reduced for operation of picking wolfberry for a long time.
