China is a country with a large population,and the demand for public medical services is large.As the population ages,the scarcity of medical resources is even more strained.Intravenous infusion is the medical treatment commonly used by patients for medical treatment,and the intravenous infusion management method is still traditional.Manual infusion management methods are difficult to meet people's medical needs.At the same time,during the long infusion process,the patient is prone to lethargy due to illness,the nurse is distracted due to busy work,neglecting the progress of the patient's infusion,causing air to enter the blood vessel,thereby causing a medical accident.Therefore,designing and implementing an infusion monitoring system has broad market demand.(1)Based on WIFI technology,a cloud platform infusion monitoring system consisting of infusion monitoring system,infusion monitoring node,wireless router and cloud platform infusion monitoring center composed of coordination node,access node,infusion monitoring node and infusion monitoring center PC software is designed.It has realized the collection,processing,transmission and display of infusion data,replacing the traditional manual infusion management mode,alleviating the pressure of medical resources caused by population aging.(2)The infusion monitoring sensor adopts strain gauge pressure sensor and analog-to-digital conversion chip HX711 as the original signal acquisition end,and uses the mean filtering algorithm to filter the collected discrete voltage signal,filter out the rising and falling sections of the data curve,and improve the data.reliability.(3)The infusion monitoring system monitors the infusion speed,infusion completion time and residual weight in real time,and the medical staff can obtain the patient's infusion information in real time,which improves the working efficiency of the medical staff.(4)The infusion monitoring system sets four infusion states,namely infusion completion status,infusion suspension state,infusion movement status and patient call status,corresponding to four types of alarms,and through the judgment of the infusion information,the alarm of the patient infusion status is realized.Therefore,the medical staff can accurately grasp the patient's infusion condition and avoid the medical accident caused by carelessness during the infusion process.(5)Finally,the designed upper computer monitoring system and cloud platform monitoring system are tested.The test results show that the relative error of infusion weight data is within 1.13%,and the infusion status of the infusion patient can be accurately matched according to the infusion information,achieving more than 90%.Alarm rate.
