Wisdom Medical is a medical information ecosystem based on the Internet of Things and highly shared and dynamic information.At present,technologies such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing have made great progress,and it has also promoted the exploration of smart medical care in a more in-depth interoperability,which has improved the high mobility and sharing of medical information.Wisdom medical care is constantly changing the way we seek medical treatment,and it has also spawned intelligent medical subsystems such as cold chain management,vital signs monitoring,infusion monitoring and baby theft.This article will focus on the infusion monitoring system under smart medical research.Based on the analysis of the existing infusion monitoring system schemes,this paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the existing schemes,and proposes an infusion monitoring method based on linear array CCD(Charge Coupled Device).A new type of infusion monitoring system based on LoRa technology is designed and implemented by technologies such as Internet of Things,sensors and cloud computing.The main frame of the system can be divided into the following four parts: 1)Infusion monitoring terminal,which mainly uses line array CCD sensor,temperature and humidity sensor to complete information detection of infusion status of the ward;2)wireless communication network,including LoRa module and LoRa Gateway for uploading information of infusion status of multiple monitoring terminals;3)Monitoring management platform for data processing,display,and storage of infusion data,and responsible for monitoring terminal management and data communication with the Internet of Things cloud platform And user authority authentication,etc.;4)Internet of Things cloud platform and remote monitoring equipment,mainly used to achieve remote infusion data storage,terminal remote management and remote alarm function.Based on the above four modules,the system can better solve some problems in the infusion monitoring of the medical industry.In terms of system design,the hardware part of the system adopts STM32F401RCT6 single-chip microcomputer as the main control unit to ensure the normal operation of the monitoring terminal under low power consumption conditions.The LoRa star network is adopted as the wireless transmission scheme of the system,which not only reduces the wireless transmission work.Consumption,while increasing the communication distance.In software design,Qt open source framework is used to develop infusion monitoring management platform for information display and equipment management;MySQL database is used to realize local storage and management of infusion monitoring data;remote infusion monitoring data storage,Equipment management,monitoring and instant alarms are realized by OneNET cloud platform.Finally,after testing,analysis and optimization,the feasibility of the system was confirmed.The system optimizes the existing infusion monitoring management mode,improves the efficiency and safety of medical work,has a high application value,and has a certain promotion effect on the popularization of smart medical care.
