| For the past few years,with the advent of wireless communication technology and the continuous improvement of medical care demands,more and more wireless communication solutions are deployed in medical escort application scenarios.At the same time,some new medical models such as family medical care and community Medical treatment etc.Facing the larger medical layout and demands,traditional wireless solutions such as GMS,3G and other communication modes have become backward and costly,occupying the bandwidth of mobile communication base stations,not only affecting the communication quality of ordinary mobile communication users,but also hindering the digital development of medical treatment.In response to the above problems,this subject proposes an embedded solution based on NB-IoT,which realizes the basic vital sign data collection and reporting of bedridden patients and the reminder function of the intravenous infusion status.A set of overall system architecture including hardware monitoring terminal,NB wireless transmission module,IoT cloud platform codec plug-in,and data visualization web interface is designed.This subject has studied the software design method of the embedded soft real-time operating system LiteOS based on STM32,carried out the overall architecture design according to the demand analysis and technical indicators of the smart medical monitoring system,and finally proposed and implemented the design plan.This system uses the low-power main control chipset STM32L series ultra-low power MCU and low-power NB module Quectel BC35-G on the hardware terminal to ensure the overall low power consumption and long battery life of the hardware part;then based on VS Code IDE and the embedded soft real-time operating system LiteOS realize the software logic writing of the hardware terminal,control the data collection of the sensor and the data transmission of the NB module;then the data code stream for this subject is coded and decoded on the IoT cloud platform side Plug-in development and debugging,realized the conversion from binary code stream to JSON code stream;finally,use the OceanBooster platform to visualize the data from the JSON format code stream,and display it on the Web page for monitors to obtain real-time and intuitive monitoring data.The intelligent medical monitoring system based on NB-IoT technology designed in this subject realizes the measurement and reporting functions of the patient’s body temperature,blood oxygen,infusion conditions and the communication of the NB module can meet the requirements of timely and stable transmission.Moreover,the hardware system terminal of this subject has low cost,extremely low power consumption,and compact size,which is suitable for large-area deployment.In addition,the visual design of medical data can simultaneously allow medical staff,patients themselves,and their families to clearly and intuitively understand the patient’s real-time physiological conditions and changing trends,simplify communication barriers between doctors and patients,and save valuable medical time. |
