Sleep is an important physiological requirement,it is an important period for the body's immune system to self-repair and detoxify internal organs.Everyone's health is inseparable from the high quality sleep.With the accelerating pace of life,more and more people have experienced various sleep problems,and a considerable number of patients with sleep problems have not been properly diagnosed and treated.Because people lack understanding of sleep disorders and cannot take appropriate measures to improve their sleep status,monitoring people's sleep process and analyzing their sleep characteristics are important for improving their sleep quality and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.Sleep monitoring is an effective means of the evaluation of sleep quality.The use of medical devices for sleep monitoring cost is higher,and cheap as well as family using unrestraint sleep quality detection device has been widely market demand.This paper uses smart sleep detector to capture the respiration signal,heart signal and body motion signal of the sleeper,then,the data are sent to the cloud server after preprocessing via WiFi module.The cloud server consists of three modules.The data receiving module is used for receiving and decoding data.The data processing module completes the evaluation of the sleep quality.This paper uses an improved na?ve Bayesian sleep staging algorithm to analyze the data which are preprocessed and evaluates the sleep quality of the sleepers.Data storage module is used to store user's information and the sleep physiological parameters.The design of the webpage software is used to show user's sleep quality.This thesis first summarizes the research background and the status quo of the development at home and abroad.On this basis,it analyzes the overall structure of the sleep monitoring system,and puts forward the research focus of this thesis: the sleep monitoring software.Combined with the demand analysis,it proposes the overall development program of a B/S architecture-based software.The hierarchical design method is used to divide the software architecture into three layers: the user interface layer,the business logic layer and the data service layer.Then,according to the demand analysis,the function modules and database design of the software are completed.On this basis,this thesis expounds the implementation method of the improved na?ve Bayesian sleep staging algorithm,and specifically discusses the five important functional modules of sleep monitoring,my devices,sleep tools,personal center and health care.Finally,the thesis verifies the correctness and reliability of the sleep monitoring software and describes the results of software function test and performance test.The test results show that the sleep monitoring software meets the project requirements and achieves the desired objectives.
