The computer network technology is becoming more and more mature with the continuous development of science and technology. The situation that wireless sensor devices gradually laid in all places offers the conditions of technology and equipment for the realization of the mobile medical. It is well known that the character of the cardiovascular disease is sudden strong and high mortality rate. In this thesis, ADS1293 is used to real-time acquisition patient's Electrocardiograph(ECG) signal in the design of protable ECG monitoring and positioning system based on wifi. After that the WIFI module transmit the ECG data from Microcontroller Unit(MCU) which receive the ECG data from ADS1293 to the Personal Computer(PC) ECG monitoring center in the form of wifi. Besides that, this system can realize the function of real-time tracking to the position of the patient so that medical personnel can timely to treat disease patients. The whole design is divided into three areas: The part of ECG collection and transmission; the part of the real-time tracking to the position of the patient based on wifi and the part of ECG monitoring center.This design using the ADS1293 as the core to build the ECG signal acquisition module.and the acquisition methods adopted three lead acquisition mode. The ADS1293 transmit the ECG data to STM32 by Serial Perpheral Interface(SPI). The STM32 communicates with the wifi module by Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter(UART) and the wifi module send the ECG signal to ECG signal monitoring center after receiving the ECG data form STM32. In addition, the wifi module need to acquest the Received Signal Strength Indication(RSSI) from the wifi devices around it and send the RSSI to ECG monitoring and Positioning center to realize the function of the real-time tracking of patient positioning coordinates.The real-time tracking positioning system baed on wifi is realized by using the fingerprint positioning technology based on the bat algorithm. This method builds the fingerprint database by using the RSSI collected by wifi module. Then, the bat algorithm used to calculate the best position coordinate as the positioning result. Compated with the traditional position fingerprint localization algorithm, this method not only improving the location accuracy, but also greatly enhanced the stability of the positioning results. The positioning error restricted in a small range.The ECG monitoring and positioning system built by using VS2010 Microsoft Foundation Classes(MFC). In this part, the system includes the link between the MFC and ACCESS database by Active X Data Objects(ADO), the drafting of ECG by high speed drawing controls and the communication between the center and the ECG collection and transmission module by CSocket of TCP/IP protocol.To sum up, the system designed in this thesis can real-time monitoring and positioning the cardiac patients under the condition that without limiting range, providing a guarantee for the patients' life safety.
