With the continuous expansion of computer technology in the medical field,the electronic management of hospital information is becoming more and more perfect.The electronic medical record system(EMR)can record the patient's medical record information,medication information and charging information in an all-round way.The medical record information has very important clinical significance for the doctor's diagnosis.However,the local operation of the existing EMR requires the hospital to purchase expensive physical equipment and high-speed bandwidth network,and requires professional operation and maintenance personnel to provide local operation and maintenance services;on the other hand,the EMR is still in the record and inquiry service for medical records,and there is no further data analysis work.These have caused inconvenience to the hospital for the use of the EMR.Therefore,how to ensure that the EMR provides effective access services and effectively analysis patient data is an important research issue in the context of effectively reducing the cost and operation and maintenance risks generated by locally deployed application.Firstly,the paper studies the disease diagnosis assistant decision-making model from three aspects:data preprocessing,feature selection and classification algorithm,which simplifies the detection project and patient diagnosis process of specific diseases,and verifies the effectiveness of the model through experiments.Secondly,based on the highly scalable storage solution provided by the cloud platform,the data storage and interactive services are designed,including the design of the master-slave structure and the read-write separation structure for the database to meet the consistency of the data,and to improve access efficiency,using connection pooling technology and Mybatis plugin to improve traditional data interaction.Finally,based on the data operation service and the disease diagnosis assistant decision-making model,the functional requirements and system architecture are analyzed,and the EMR based on the cloud platform is designed and implemented,and a brief introduction to the rapid and effective deployment of the system.Compared with the traditional EMR,the advantage of this system is mainly to use the cloud platform environment as the operating environment of the system,which saves the local resource overhead and avoids the operation and maintenance risk;on the basis of the data storage provided by the cloud platform,the database structure is redesigned to effectively improve the access speed and the security and stability of data storage and data access;the feature selection and classification algorithms are used to analyze the medical record data,which optimize the disease detection items and analysis of patient data in terms of common diseases,helping doctors to obtain valid analysis data of patients in the first time.
