| Obiective : Based on the guidance of TCM theory,this topic is based on the theory of Tonifying Kidney and resolving blood stasis method.Through the analysis of the clinical symptoms,signs and visual analogue scores of the treatment of senile osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS),sex hormone levels,bone metabolic markers and bone mineral density,and the clinical observation of the treatment of senile osteoporosis with kidney-deficiency and blood stasis type with Longzhong injury capsule combined with Calcium D The curative effect and safety provide a scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods:In this study,patients in the diagnosis of senile osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of patients' treatment.The treatment group was given Longzhong injury capsule.2g,oral,three times a day,combined with Calcium D 600 mg,oral,once daily treatment,the control group was only given Calcium D 600 mg,oral,once daily treatment.The course of treatment is 6 months.Observe the symptoms,signs,and low back pain visual analog scales(VAS),estradiol(E2),testosterone,serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),Changes in serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),blood parathyroid hormone(PTH),calcitonin(CT),bone mineral density(BMD)and other adverse reactions were analyzed by statistical software.Results:A total of 100 patients with senile osteoporosis complicated with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were enrolled in the study(50 in the treatment group and 50 in the control group).During the treatment,1 patient in the treatment group developed gastric discomfort after taking the capsule of sputum.The patient was asked to withdraw from the test because of nausea and discomfort.One person in the control group withdrew during the treatment observation.There were no significant differences in the baseline data of age,sex,disease duration and body mass index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 6months of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of Longzhong injury capsule combined with Calcium D was more obvious than that of Calcium D alone.The VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was relieved.Patients with lower back pain are superior to the control group.Serum calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Serum calcium was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),serum phosphorus was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the test(P>0.05).There was no significant change in serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)before and after treatment,the levels of estradiol and testosterone in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the estradiol group between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the testosterone group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood parathyroid hormone(PTH)of the treatment group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant change before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the group was compared by the rank-match test.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).The level of serum calcitonin(CT)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).The bone mineral density(BMD)of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was more obvious than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Longzhong Injury Capsule can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with senile osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,improve the level of sex hormones,improve the levels of serum calcium and calcitonin,and reduce the levels of serum phosphorus and blood parathyroid hormone.Longzhong Injury Capsule combined with Calcium D can replenish liver and kidney,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,enhance bone formation,inhibit bone resorption,and is safe and effective.It is worthy of further promotion and application. |
