Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Huoxuetongmai Capsule And Xianlinggubao Capsule Together With Suplical In Treatment Of Osteogenesis In Patients With Senile Osteoporosis

From the clinical angulation, to observe and evaluate the effects of osteogenesis to the Patients with Senile Osteoposis(SOP) who are treated with the Suplical together with Huoxuetongmai capsule that it's majory efficacy is Stasis-Eliminating Vein-Dredging or the Suplical together with xianlinggubao capsule that it's majory efficacy is Kidney-Strengthen.90 cases of senile osteoporosis were divided into 3 groups randomly,30 patients per group; the treatment groupl (treated with the Huoxuetongmai capsule and Caltrate D 600 chew tablet); the treatment group2 (treated with the Xianlinggubao capsule and Caltrate D 600 chew tablet); the control group(treated with Caltrate D 600 chew tablet). Separately recorded and contrast the SOP's contrastsymptoms and signs change, the levels of BMD, BGP, BALP, PINP before and after treated 6 months. All the datas use the SPSS 14.0 statistical software package to analyze.1. After 6 months, the level of BMD of the three groups is significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.01). There is a significant difference between the treatment group1 and the control group (P<0.01); a significant difference between the treatment group2 and the control group (P<0.01),but there is not significant difference between the treatment groupl and the treatment group2(P> 0.05). It is show that the drugs of Huoxuetongmai capsule or Xianlinggubao Capsule together with the Suplical to the patients with SOP can improve the bone mineral contents(BMC) and BMD, there is no significant difference between the two methods.2. After 6 months, the level of BGP and PINP in the blood of the three groups is significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.01). There is a significant difference between the treatment group1 and the control group (P<0.01); a significant difference between the treatment group2 and the control group (P<0.01), a significant difference between the treatment groupl and the treat group2 (P<0.01). It is show that drugs of Huoxuetongmai capsule or Xianlinggubao Capsule together with the Suplical to the patients with SOP can improve bone metabolism and promote bone formation, moreover using the drugs Huoxuetongmai capsule together with the Suplical is more superior than using the drugs Xianlinggubao Capsule together with the Suplical or only using the Suplical.3. After 6 months, the BALP masculine rate in the blood of the three groups is lower than pretreatment, with significant difference (P<0.01). There is a significant difference between the treatment group1 and the control group (P<0.01); a significant difference between the treatment group2 and the control group (P<0.01), a significant difference between the treatment groupl and the treatment group2 (P< 0.01), It is show that the two methods can more obviously improve the bone mineral contents.4. The total effective rate is 93.33% in the treatment groupl,86.67% in the treatment group2,and 76.67% in the control group, There is a significant difference between any two groups (P<0.05). It is show that the drugs of Huoxuetongmai capsule or Xianlinggubao Capsule together with the Suplical to the patients with SOP can remove the main clinical symptoms such as low back pain and easy to fracture ect, and improve the quality of life. Moreover the drugs of Huoxuetongmai capsule together with the Suplical have the most curative effect.1. Both the drugs of Huoxuetongmai capsule and Xianlinggubao Capsule together with the Suplical can improve the level of bone metabolism of the patients with SOP, improve the bone mineral contents (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD), and enhance the efficacy of the Suplical.2. The drugs of Huoxuetongmai capsule together with the Suplical are better to improve the level of bone metabolism and the bone mineral contents (BMC), and remove the main clinical symptoms than the drugs Xianlinggubao Capsule together with the Suplical or only the Suplical. It shows that the incidence of senile osteoporosis is perhaps relates to blood stasis.
