Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Gusong Yigu Recipe In The Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gusong Yigu recipe in the treatment of primary osteoporosis(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Gusong Yigu recipe and calcium carbonate D3 tablets,while the control group was given Xianling Gubao capsule and calcium carbonate D3 tablets.Guiding the patients of two groups to exercise moderately during the course of treatment.The changes of visual analogue pain score(VAS),clinical symptom score(TCM)and bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar vertebrae were observed before,1 month and 3 months after treatment respectively.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 71.8% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score,TCM clinical symptom score and bone mineral density between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in vas score and TCM clinical symptom score after 1 month of treatment and 3 months after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in vas score,TCM clinical symptom score and bone mineral density between the two groups 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of patients with primary osteoporosis(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)were obviously improved by Gusong Yigu recipe,and the effect of BMD was consistent with that of Xianling Gubao capsule.
