Objective: Through the observation of Yougui Capsules improve effects of kidney yang deficiency symptoms in patients with osteoporosis, bone density, osteoporosis and biochemical indexes, to understand the curative effect and mechanism of Yougui Capsules in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type of primary osteoporosis, and the relationship between kidney and bone verification from the side, and provide objective basis for research on the theory of "kidney dominating bone" and tonifying the kidney in treatment of osteoporosis.Method: Choose 60 patients meet the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group taking ossification in three alcohol soft capsule and Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets, based on the control group, treatment group taking Yougui Capsules, treatment for 3 month.
