Clinical Study On Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Using Longzhong Gubi Analgesic Solution Combined With Alendronate Tablets

Objective: Longzhong Gubi analgesic solution combined with alendronate sodium tablets were used to treat patients with PMOP.The clinical symptoms,bone mineral density and related biochemical indicators of patients were observed before and after improvement in order to evaluate the clinical effect of this study on patients with PMOP.The therapeutic effect of Gubi analgesic solution combined with alendronate sodium tablets on patients with PMOP provides more feasible treatment strategies for the treatment of PMOP patients with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: PMOP patients aged 45-70 years who visited the orthopedics department of gansu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were included.72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was given alendronate sodium tablet70 mg once a week,taken on an empty stomach in the morning.After taking the drug,the patients were given 200 ml warm water and told to walk slowly for 30 minutes.The control group was given alendronate sodium tablet 70 mg once a week,The method of administration was the same as before,and observed continuously for 180 days.Changes of TCM syndrome score,VAS score,bone mineral density and related biochemical indexes were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:1.VAS score results: VAS score of both groups decreased after treatment,but the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group.The differences between groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups,80.6% in the treatment group and55.6% in the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score results: Results of TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased,but the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment was analyzed,with the total effective rate of 83.33% in the treatment group and52.8% in the control group(P<0.05).3.BMD results: BMD increased in both groups after treatment,but the increase was more significant in the treatment group.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Biochemical index analysis: there was no significant change in Ca,P and ALP before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Total effective rate: after treatment in the two groups,the total effective rate was83.4% in the treatment group and 72.3% in the control group,indicating that the combination of alendronate sodium tablets and alendronate solution was slightly better than alendronate sodium tablets alone in improving the symptoms of PMOP patients.Conclusion: Longzhong Gubi analgesic solution combined with alendronate sodium tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis and improve the quality of life of patients.
