Objective: The clinical effect of the treatment of spleen-stomach qi deficiency type functional dyspepsia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type by using the application of acupoint sticking combined with chiropractic in children's spleen and stomach qi deficiency type FD,try to explore some creative Chinese medicine methods applied to the practical treatment process in the clinical and find a better way of treating functional dyspepsia in children of spleen stomach qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: A total of 200 children with functional dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. The control group(given jian wei xiao shi oral solution as the basic treatment for each group),acupoint application group, chiropractic group, and acupoint application combined with chiropractic group(combined group)each had 50 cases. The treatment standard is once a day,7 days for a course of treatment, treatment for 2courses.Of four children in the group before the treatment,1 week,2 weeks after treatment for symptoms of Chinese medicine symptom integral score, observe and record adverse reactions, and in all the treatment after one month, for families of children with telephone pays a return visit, investigating the patient's illness and recovery,in order to evaluate the long-term curative effect; The body weights of the four groups before and after treatment were measured.Through the data collection of the four groups of children, the data were statistically processed using SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software.Results:1.Comparison of total scores of Chinese medicine syndromes and symptoms: no statistical significance was found in the control group and acupoint application group at each stage of treatment(P>0.05).Comparison within the group showed that the total scores of Chinese medicine symptoms and symptoms in the four groups were significantly reduced at1 and 2 weeks after treatment and 1 month after treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,at 1 week of treatment, the combined group was found to be superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupoint application group and the chiropractic group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupoint application group, the chiropracticgroup and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupoint application group, the chiropractic group and the control group(P>0.05).One month after the treatment,a telephone interview was conducted to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the improvement of the total score of clinical symptoms. The results showed that the long-term efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the control group, the acupoint application group, and the chiropractic group(P<0.05),and acupoint application group and the chiropractic group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of main symptom scores before and after treatment among the four groups:(1)Control group: before and after treatment, children's appetite, food intake, abdominal distension, the changes in the three aspects of the integral difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the changes in nausea, vomiting, loose stools, fatigue, facial color, sweating, and sleeping is not practical before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Acupoint application group: before and after the treatment, the differences in the scores of appetite, appetite, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension and belching were statistically significant(P<0.05).Loose stools, fatigue, face less, more sweat, sleeping is not practical these five changes and the comparison before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Kneading the ridge group: before and after treatment, the children in appetite, abdominal distension, body fatigue and fatigue, sleeping is not practical these five aspects of integral changes were statistically significant(P<0.05).The changes in nausea and vomiting, loose stool, gas, pale face and excessive sweating were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)The combined group: before and after treatment, the children in appetite, food, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, loose stool, body fatigue, belching, sweating, night sleeping is not practical these nine aspects of integral changes in the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of scores of main symptoms after treatment in the four groups: appetite, amount of food, nausea and vomiting, belching, body tiredness and fatigue, excessivesweating, and nocturnal sleep deficit in the combined group were compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the combined group, the amount of food, belching, sweating, body tiredness and fatigue, and the nocturnal sleep qiangan integral were compared with the acupoint application group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in food intake, abdominal distension, belching and excessive sweating between the combined group and the kneading group were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of overall efficacy: At 2 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was 95.83% higher than that of the control group 75.61%,acupoint application group 80.00% and chiropractic group 77.50%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupoint application group, the chiropractic group and the control group.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: Followed up 1 month after treatment, the recurrence rate was 35.48% in the control group, acupoint application group was 27.78%,the chiropractic group was 29.03%,the combined group was 10.87%.Compared with four groups, the combined group was significantly lower than the control group, acupoint application group and chiropractic group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupoint application group, the chiropractic group and the control group.6.Weight comparison: There was no significant difference in the weight of the four groups between the four groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05).7.Safety evaluation: during the treatment, local skin flushing occurred in 3 cases and 2cases in the acupoint application group and the combination group respectively, and the flushing site was the infusion application site.No adverse reactions were observed in the control group and chiropractic group.8.Analysis of influential factors of curative effect: curative effect of the four groups was related to the course of treatment(P<0.05);The duration of disease in the control group was related to the treatment effect(P<0.05),while the duration of disease in the acupoint application group, chiropractic group and the combined group was unrelated to the treatment effect(P>0.05).The efficacy of the four groups was independent of age(P>0.05).Main conclusions:1.Pei shi li zhong tie combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the total score of chinese medicine symptoms in children, and the clinical effect is remarkable.2.Pei shi li zhong tie combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of pediatric functional dyspepsia can effectively improve food intake, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, loose stool, body fatigue, belching, sweating, sleeping is not practical, and therapy is superior to the control group, acupoint sticking group in improving food intake, belching and sweating.3.Pei shi li zhong tie combined with chiropractic in the treatment of children with spleen-stomach deficiency not only have high security but also can reduce the recurrence rate;4.Pei shi li zhong tie combined with chiropractic therapy can change the weight of children with functional dyspepsia.5.There was a significant difference in the efficacy of the combination of Pei shi li zhong tie and chiropractic in different courses of treatment, but there was no difference in the efficacy of different courses(except control group)and age groups.
